Calisthenics Tokyo is finally making its debut in Kansai!
This workshop will cover:

⚫︎Originally from Tokyo, Daisuke was inspired to serve his country after witnessing the courageous efforts of the Self-Defense Forces during the Great East Japan Earthquake in March 2011.
⚫︎After graduating high school, he joined the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force and was soon selected for the elite 1st Airborne Brigade.
⚫︎He went on to complete the grueling Ranger Course — considered the toughest in the JGSDF — and later served as an instructor, training new recruits and parachute unit candidates.
⚫︎Drawing from the bodyweight training methods forged during his military career, he transitioned into calisthenics and became a calisthenics coach.
⚫︎Today, he is on a mission to spread calisthenics across Japan — both online and in-person — to help rebuild a stronger nation through the power of movement.
