We are hosting a calisthenics workshop this October at Grit Nation Shibuya! For those interested in starting calisthenics but are unsure about:
- The best warming-up routine.
- How to practice the techniques.
- Wanting to get active.
- Struggling with certain moves that seem just out of reach.
Whether you’re looking to refine yourself through calisthenics, maintain your health, or build your body using bodyweight, everyone is welcome to join!
