We understand that group training is not for everyone. By investing time in yourself now, you will get there faster than you want. You get a new understanding of your training.
Take class to start calisthenics. Have done muscle work out so far, however it was very useful to take a class because mustle and momentum to be used in calisthenics is totally different from the one used in usual work out i.e. mustle used for chinning and mustle up are totally different etc. Daisuke teaches it very well. If you are calisthenics beginner or wish to evolve techniques, highly recommend to take the class!! (Age at 39, men)
